The Challenge is open only to individuals who are legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia, who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry and are in the healthcare field, including academic and community oncologists, managed care specialists, pharmacists, and allied health professionals. To be eligible applicants must have less than $1,000,000 (one million) dollars of pre-revenue or independent contributor revenue. Void where prohibited by law. This Challenge is from April 8, 2019 at 12:01 a.m. ET and ends on October 13, 2019 at 11:59 p.m. ET (“Challenge Period”). Applicants can enter the Challenge during the Challenge Period by visiting the Challenge website at challenge.onclive.com (the “Website”) and completing the Challenge entry form (the “Entry Form”) which includes your name, email address, institution, director of institution, specialty, state, country, phone number, and date of birth. The Entry form also requires a statement regarding how your digital tool has the potential to change the way we approach healthcare at individual and population levels. Applicants must identify concrete methods to combine current technology with oncology to create an innovative product designed to improve physicians' clinical practice and/or patient outcomes. Entries may be submitted by groups of individuals (a “Team”). Each Team must designate a single member of the Team who will serve as the Team’s sole representative for communications and all other purposes in connection with the Challenge (the “Team Leader”). Each Team member shall be considered an (“Applicant”) hereunder and must meet the eligibility requirements as stated herein. All agreements, consents, representations and warranties made or given by a Team Leader herein or otherwise in connection with the Challenge will be binding upon all members of the pertinent Team as if made by each such member. To complete your entry, you should check the box agreeing to these Official Rules. By participating in the Challenge, Applicant, fully and unconditionally agrees to and accepts these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding in all matters related to the Challenge. For purposes of this Challenge and these Official Rules, your “Entry” is, collectively, the information and materials submitted by you as an Applicant, including, without limitation, the information disclosed through the Entry Form, and the Essay submitted. Limit one (1) Entry per person and/or per email address. Your Essay must (i) be your own original work, created solely by you, and be the exclusive property of you alone; (ii) not have been previously published, released or distributed in any form; and (3) not have won an award. Essays that are handwritten may not be considered. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, illegible, or incomplete entries, postage-due mail, or entries not received for any reason. Entries will not be acknowledged or returned. Applicant acknowledges and agrees that once submitted, the Entry may be posted on the Website, social networking sites and any websites controlled or operated by Sponsor or its affiliates, divisions or subsidiaries. Whether a submitted Entry is ever used or posted by Sponsor on the Website or any social media site or otherwise presented for viewing by the public is in the sole and absolute discretion of Sponsor. The decisions of Sponsor on this and all matters pertaining to the Challenge shall be final and binding. In the event of a dispute over the identity of a Applicant, the winner will be the Authorized Account Holder of the e-mail address submitted on the Entry Form. “Authorized Account Holder” shall be deemed to mean the natural person who is assigned to an e-mail address by an Internet access provider, online service provider, or other organization that is responsible for assigning e-mail addresses for the domain associated with the submitted e-mail address.
All entries will be judged under the supervision of a qualified judging panel whose decisions are final and binding on all matters relating to this Challenge. The entries will be judged on the following criteria: originality (25 percent), creativity (25 percent), rationale (25 percent), appropriateness (25 percent), Incomplete and/or inaccurate entries and entries not complying with all rules are subject to disqualification. Decisions of judges are final and binding. Winner will be notified by telephone and/or e-mail after October 13, 2019. Odds of winning will depend upon the total number of eligible entries received. Two winners, first place and second place will receive prizes of $15,000 and $7,500 respectively. All costs and expenses associated with Prize acceptance and use not specified herein as being provided and other expenses incurred by accepting the Prize are the sole responsibility of the Winner. Prize winners are responsible for paying any necessary State and Federal taxes related to the winnings. Winner may receive an IRS Form 1099 for the retail value of the prize.
The limit for this Challenge is two winners. Each winner will be notified at the live meeting on Sunday October 13, 2019. If a winner cannot be contacted or if a prize or prize notification is returned as unclaimed or undeliverable, the prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner will be selected. Prize is not transferable. No cash or prize substitutions, except the sponsor reserves the right to substitute prizes comparable in value. Acceptance of prize constitutes permission to use that winner's name, likeness, and photo, and hometown for promotional and publicity purposes in any media now known or later developed, worldwide, at no additional compensation unless prohibited by law. By participating and accepting a prize, winner releases and agrees to hold harmless, Intellisphere, LLC, its respective parent company, subsidiaries, affiliates, service agencies, sponsors and any independent contractors of any kind arising in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of the prize or the participation in this Challenge or any contest-related activity.

Sponsor reserves the right, to disqualify any individual found, in its sole opinion, to be tampering with the operation of the Challenge; to be acting in violation of these Official Rules; or to be acting in an unsportsmanlike manner or with the intent to disrupt the normal operation of the Challenge. Any use of robotic, automatic, macro, programmed, third party or like methods to participate in the Challenge will void any attempted participation affected by such methods and the disqualification of the individual utilizing the same. By entering, each Applicant agrees for Applicant and for Applicant’s heirs, executors, and administrators (a) to release and hold harmless Intellisphere, LLC, Facebook, Inc., and Twitter, Inc. and their respective officers, directors, and employees (collectively, “Released Parties”) from any liability, illness, injury, death, loss, litigation, or damage that may occur, directly or indirectly, whether caused by negligence or not, from such Applicant’s participation in the Challenge and/or his/her acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of any prize or any portion thereof; (b) that Released Parties have neither made nor are in any manner responsible or liable for any warranty, representation or guarantee, express or implied, in fact or in law, with respect to any prize, including, without limitation, to such prize’s quality or fitness for a particular purpose; and (c) to be bound by these Official Rules and to waive any right to claim any ambiguity or error therein or in the Challenge itself, and to be bound by all decisions of the Sponsor, which are binding and final. This Challenge is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations. Issues concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules shall be governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, without regard to any principles of conflict of laws. All disputes arising out of or connected with this Challenge will be resolved individually, and without resort to class action, exclusively by a state or federal court located in Middlesex County, New Jersey. Should there be a conflict between the laws of the State of New Jersey and any other laws, the conflict will be resolved in favor of the laws of the State of New Jersey. To the extent permitted by applicable law, all judgments or awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket damages (excluding attorneys’ fees) associated with participation in this Challenge and shall not include any indirect, punitive, incidental and/or consequential damages.
